The Collaborative Industrial Revolution Inc. (CIRI) informed and assured the three (3) barangays in Banaybanay, Province of Davao Oriental that the dream project, Davao Oriental Eco-Industrial Park (DOEIP) , is still in green light mode.
CIRI informed the citizens of Barangays Cabangcalan, Calubihan, and Mogbongcogon that the one thousand and five hunded (1,500)-hectare industrial park project status remains active and with that, its project developer Pionaire Finance Limited (PFL) continues to tie up with incoming investors.
“With the magnitude of the project, we are currently in constant communication and discussion with some of our key investors in ironing out vital concerns. This is not a typical construction project but a huge one.” states CIRI's representative.
The team is also calling the people of these aforementioned barangays not to believe on the rumors circulating in their places that DOEIP will no longer be happening in Banaybanay.
CIRI reiterates the partnership of PFL and the Government of the Province of Davao Oriental that was inked already.
”We are requesting everyone to ignore, control and stop all the hearsay about the project” informed CIRI.
CIRI would also like to advise the people that its official real estate broker is still accepting documents for land purchase in their office fronting the Municipality of Banaybanay.
“We highly suggest to the affected land owners to submit and endorse their documents to be assessed. ” stated CIRI
